I was just sitting around today relaxing in the quiet. I did laundry which of course is never exciting, but I have been thinking for awhile about blogging, so I thought I would give it a try. I have been studying for my GRE exam and pray that I pass. I would have never dreamed when I was I graduated from high school that I would ever be going to graduate school. It is such a great opportunity and a great feeling to be thinking that I could actually succeed. I am going to finally pursue my dream of becoming a counselor. When I originally began college in 1992, I wanted to be a psychologist so that I could help young girls who find themselves in dangerous relationships. My life took a turn and I ended up working and being successful in the safety field. However, God keeps putting this path on my heart and I believe it is finally time to follow God in this journey to help these teens in these relationships based on my own experience.
